THE OPENING PARAGRAPH
This 11 channel video installation derives its structure from the collaborative process between sound and image and their respective producers (Lawrence Video Collective) in which the same 5 minute, 3 seconds and 10 frames of abstract electronic sound work, “Oopens Fire” (composed by Matt Campbell) was given to 12 video artists who created separate videos to be played back simultaneously.

However, technology, being what it is, will determine the precision of their “synchronicity.” Continues through October 24.
