Rental Options @ Living Arts   
 

The Living Arts Galleries are available for special event rental and make an excellent choice for your next party, wedding reception or corporate function.  The Gallery space offers 7,000 square feet and an interesting alternative to traditional party spaces.  Living Arts has a mission to “present and develop contemporary art in Tulsa,” therefore will have exhibits in the Gallery subject to our calendar.  The space may be rented during exhibits subject to availability and spacing.  Living Arts also has an Education area with 6,000 square feet on the West side of the building that may be rented for an additional fee.  Renting the Living ArtSpace not only makes for a unique party environment but also supports local art.  We thank you for your support and encourage you to come back to see the artwork throughout the year.

*Parking:  Living Arts shares the parking lot with Brady Lofts tenants and area consumers.  The lot holds 67 available slots and is first come first serve for all events.  If you wish to reserve the lot for your event, please inform us [additional fees apply].  We recommend Exquisite Valet to service your event.

Dear Artists,

Living Arts is proud to announce that it is offering 9 affordable studios for artists at our old site on Kenosha now called the “Living Arts LAB”.  

You would have 24 hour access, an alarm system, wireless internet, access to bathrooms and kitchen and a large door to load in and out of.  

One of the studios is our old offices, is two nice rooms and 3 closets that could be used for storage, windows along kenosha side and it goes for $350. Per month.  It is about 350 sq ft. and has central air and heat.

3 other studios are available on the west side of Living Arts LAB.  These are no frills studios that are 11’ X 23’ X 14’ H.  There is heat and air conditioning and lighting.  None of the Studios have sinks in them, but there is a sink in close proximity. These are $250.

We are also accepting proposals from artists who would like to develop a new cross-disciplinary artwork.  The Forum for New Works is Living Arts old gallery on Kenosha and if your proposal is accepted, you will get to use the space for 3 weeks free.
