Join Living Arts in performing in one of the 7 gardens during the Art in the Garden Tour

Selections Announced By: August 30, 2010
Note: Performers must be available to perform either day of the tour, September, 25 or 26, 2010.

Entry should include:

  • Description- This should include a brief description of the work or if it is planned improvisation then what the general “theme” or feeling of the improvisation will be.
  • Choreographer Bio and Contact Info
  • List of Dancers
  • Duration of Work
  • If you have recorded or live music

DAY OF THE DEAD
Day of The Dead, or Dia de los Muertos, is a celebration of Hispanic heritage which honors loved ones who have passed away.  This year’s event is Monday, November 1, 2010 from 5-11pm.  The event is held at Living Arts of Tulsa’s new location, 307 E. Brady, in downtown Tulsa’s Brady District.  This time-honored tradition has been celebrated by Living Arts for 16 years. An extremely popular event, it captures the attention of thousands each year.  We anticipate a crowd of 3,000-4,000 in attendance for 2010.
