Police Safety Tip
Although usual crimes of opportunity continue to occur occasionally such as minor vandalism, larcenies, and traffic-related issues, overall the Jenks community remains one of the safest areas to live in Tulsa County.

  • Close garage door when not in use.
  • Never leave keys in the car and lock the car at all times.
  • Never have visible valuables in plain sight in your auto. If necessary, cover these items before locking your doors.
  • Don’t drink and drive.
  • Buckle up. Use proper child seats for youngsters.
  • Turn head over the shoulder to change lanes. Don’t solely depend on the side or rear view mirrors. Pay attention to street signs as there are multiple one-way streets in the downtown area. The speed limit in Jenks is 25mph unless posted otherwise.
